Biography:  

Melanie Bork Graham is the firm’s Health Law and Data Privacy practice lead.  She concentrates her practice on counseling small to medium sized businesses and health care providers, with an emphasis on HIPAA and information privacy and security.  Ms. Graham has extensive experience in contractual litigation and risk shifting mechanisms, having represented clients in state and federal courts nationwide. In addition to her commercial focus, Ms. Graham also has significant experience resolving insurance coverage disputes including duty to defend, business interruption, priority of coverage, additional insured and vendors’ endorsements issues.  Ms. Graham’s multi-pronged practice enables her to take a holistic approach to her client’s issues.

Ms. Graham earned her Master of Public Health from Thomas Jefferson University in 2017.  Ms. Graham is certified as a CIPP/US with the International Association of Privacy Professionals, certifying her understanding of privacy and data protection law and practice in the United States.
