Biography: Michelle D. Patrick is a 1999 graduate of Villanova University School of Law and 1996 cum laude graduate of Villanova University. While at Villanova University School of Law, she was chosen as a staff writer for the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and later appointed the Editor of Student Works. Her comment entitled Do Universities Have a Special Duty of Care to Protect Student Athletes From Injury? was chosen for publication in the 1999 edition of the Law Journal. Ms. Patrick was an intern in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas under the Honorable George A. Pagano from May of 1998 through December 1998. Ms. Patrick concentrates her practice in sexual harassment, employment discrimination and related areas of employment law.
