Biography: Jacqueline M. Woolley was raised in Oreland, Pennsylvania and received her B.A. in 1990 from the University of Richmond, in Richmond, Virginia. After college, Ms. Woolley received her Juris Doctor, in 1993, from Temple University School of Law. While at Temple Law, Ms. Woolley served as a Note Comment Editor for the Temple Law Review. She is a member of the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Following law school, Ms. Woolley worked for a year as a labor and employment associate for the law firm of Fox, Rothschild, O’Brien and Frankel, LLP, before spending two years clerking for The Honorable Louis C. Bechtle, Chief Judge Emeritus for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. After clerking, Ms. Woolley returned to the labor and employment department of Fox, Rothschild, where she worked from 1996-2001.
